Get just the command line tools
If you do not need Android Studio, you can download the basic Android command line tools from this link (https://dl.google.com/dl/android/studio/install/2.3.0.8/android-studio-bundle-162.3764568-windows.exe). You can use the included
sdkmanager
to download other SDK packages.
